Very friendly staff… we arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight, but this was not a problem. Rooms are very clean and seem quite new and modern to me. Very good breakfast and service! Top hotel!

Everything! Could not fault it! The entire hotel is simply stunning! More beautiful in real life. Service and staff are remarkable. They went over and above! All were very friendly and helpful! Very nice hotel,very close to the center of Pienza ,200 meters . The junior suites are very nice ,big ,clean ,they have a small balcony and with all the facilities you need . The hotel restaurant offers only breakfast ,which is very good ,sweet and salty products,coffee,juices,tea . There is also a beautiful terrace and jacuzzi at the 1 st floor . The hotel has elevator. There are parking places and also a garage for the cars . Sometimes the parking can be full ,but they find a solution . The reception staff are very helpful and friendly,I thank them and I’m sorry I forgot their names ,but they helped us with everything we asked for and also I thank Michaela ,the housekeeper. The staff also suggested us some places to visit and also restaurants in and around Pienza . It was a beautiful stay for us ,when we will come another time we will stay definitely here and we recommend this place .
