Excellent! - location (micro): there is a grocery, butcher shop, farmacy, weekly market, less than 2 minutes from the house - location (macro): the accomodation is very close to Bologna but if you like to discover there are a lot of things and places to be discovered and visited as the accomodation is positioned ideally for both Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany wanders. This is a rare full 10.

Extremely friendly staff giving us a warm welcome, the diner was from top quality against moderate costs. The room was small but had all the necessary what you need after a long day on a motorbike, besides that the costs was real value for money. Its been ages we had such a pleasant stay.

staff were lovely and even set us breakfast in the morning (we actually weren’t planning on having breaky so didn’t come down, but before we left our host had prepared something for us), amazing Dinner was sooooo delicious, well worth eating here, even if not staying thank you so much Grazie mille

the place is wonderful. beautiful view onto the hills. unfortunately this period was not the best for the restaurants, even a few of the recommended ones were fails, so we had to keep searching, but finally we found the best. merloni! the host is very kind, rather fond of Bologna! i can understand why! walking down to and up from the "downtown" is a bliss.

Main impression is always people. Daniella and Chris are amazing hosts, they were so friendly and helpful, served great breakfast and gave us some great local advises. Their house is a piece of real Italy which you won’t see in big cities and resorts. So lovely and peaceful around. Great place to stay!
