Brand new, squeaky clean apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood with a private parking, lots of light, beautiful views from the balcony, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and all the detergents were provided). The owner was always quickly responsive and super helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend it!

We stayed one night as it was only 20 minutes from the airport by car. Parking is available on the street. The area is not very touristy it's quiet and mostly locals. The apartment is excellent. Very clean and we felt like we were at home it has everything you need. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. There is WiFi and the TV has netflix. Some tea, coffee and snacks and some toiletries were made available. The host Sergio was kind enough to carry my suitcase up to the apartment. He is really kind and explains everything you need to know about the apartment and sent us local shops and restaurants. Overall we had an excellent stay and we would stay again.

We can only recommend this accommodation. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The apartment is new, clean. You will find absolutely everything you need in it. Also a hairdryer or a TV with internet and Netflix. The snack that was waiting for us upon arrival and cosmetics in the bathroom were also nice. The bed linen and towels were fragrant and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is also a coffee machine with a supply of coffee. The terrace is huge with a nice seating area and a swing that my daughter loved to use. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The hosts are very nice people who not only made the apartment available to us early so that we could leave our luggage, but also took us to the beach towel shop and to the beach. The next day they also brought us a beach umbrella. On the last day they also took us to the airport early in the morning. There are groceries, pizzerias and the beautiful Poetto beach in the vicinity, which can be reached in 2 bus stops or on foot along the flamingos. 500m is the seafood market. The center of Cagliari is also easily accessible by bus. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back again. We would like to thank you once again for improving our vacation.

We LOVED this place! Brand new, comfy, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities one could need and with many nice extra touches we really enjoyed and appreciated 🩵 Adriana and Riccardo were lovely hosts and the location is just perfect - close to everything we needed but so calm and secluded. We’ll be back for sure when back on Sardinia!

I’m highly recommend you to stay in this hotel. It was really clean that is so important to me and very first point in my list before checking the hotel. located in the city centre, close to shopping mall and store where you can buy a really good cloth, a lot of restaurants, cafe’s. For the sights lovers there are a lot of sights to see and a beautiful promenade. It’s small but very nice city. So you will love it and the hotel especially.
