A truly fantastic hideaway in the hills above Cividale, with absolutely charming hosts who will do their very best to provide you with a pleasant, relaxing stay. The view from the lodge is truly stunning, especially while sitting in the sauna watching the sun go down and letting all the exhaustion of a busy day fade away. No noises just birds singing for you in the morning and as you go to sleep.

Nice room and the staff really cared for me. As all restaurants in Castelmonte were closed after 4 pm they prepared a cold dish for me in order to have dinner in the evening. As I wanted to start my hike already at 6 am in the morning due to the hot weather they also arranged to have something for breakfast at auch early time
