Fantastic and picturesque ancient Italian Villa overlooking beautiful hills. The lady in charge was amazing and extremely helpful and kind. The rooms in the main building are more spacious but also more expensive and if the hotel is hosting a wedding (which is often the case in summer) the rooms in the villa can be disturbed by the music and festivities. The annex rooms and their bathrooms are quite small but cozy. Parking is free and safe on the hotel grounds next to the main villa and annex. You need a car to get here or a taxi but it’s still close to Fabriano town, the Grotte di Frasassi, Genga and other sights.

Hotel is very well located, receptionists can speak english and were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equiped and clean. Great pool with snack bar. Rich breakfast - mainly sweet.

From arriving at the gate To leaving next day Florentina and her Husband made us feel at home , warm helpful and the Surroundings are idyllic for some one like me who loves domestic and non domestic animals the place if full of rescued animals that enjoy a wonderful life roaming the extensive grounds The Alpacas area joy to watch and so friendly, The pool was a great place to unwind after our long drive , and the views are to die for a shame i was only there for a day i could have stayed for weeks

Nice location, cute city, big room with AC and an amazing hostess? What more could one possibly want? We liked it so much we ended up going back for another 5 days. To illustrate our stay, here is a little story: One time we were going out for dinner when the hosttess told us that the restaurants were closed at that hour. Instead she offered us some of her newly made lemmon cake, while telling us stories from the region.
