The staff was absolutely amazing. They were helpful with everything, polite and cheerful. The breakfast lady always prepared the same table for us that we appreciated very much! The room we got was stunning! We got the view over the river, very quiet room, spacious and clean. The facilities like pool, spa - clean, you can order drinks by the pool. The hotel and facilities look even nicer in real life than in pictures. For Breakfast there is plenty of choices, great coffee, croissants, very delicious homemade eggs and fruit. Breakfast with a beautiful view and sounds of the river.

Fabulous place to stay and definitely worth more than the 3 star rating!! The family room was huge with an upstairs space for our daughter to sleep which she loved. The pool was lovely with gorgeous views. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for short drives out to restaurants.

Everything was perfect, the team is extremely nice and helpful, they turned on the ac for me specifically even though it was not a usual practice during this season! The room is nice and clean, they have a private parking which is very convenient.

We were happy to return to this hotel after our stay in October last year. Excellently situated to explore the wider region (Brescia, Mantova, Verona, Solferino, southern shores of the Garda Lake...). Good breakfast. Fine restaurant. Friendly staff. Large room. Good bed.

The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and quite adequate. I usually have milk and cearieal. This wasn't available, but lots of fruit, great coffee made up for it. The family owners and staff were extremely helpful. It was raining when we left and without even asking, they offered to drive us to the bus depot. We felt like a part of their family!
