We spend our vacations in Villa Pitiana from 2 to 10 July 2023r. This hotel is perfect. Beautiful view on tuscany landscape and old, mysterious villa. Food was very good with great variety of italian cakes or croissants. Room was huge, clean (room service everyday with fresh tovels and beding) and with also amazing view on the garden which surrounds villa. But the most important was always helpful personel. When we had an accident on vespa the manager of the hotel helped us with every issue from contact with police and emergency to transport our vespa to hotel without asking anything in return. Once again great Thank You Villa Pitiana. Trully worth to visit!!!

The accommodation is really great, well equipped, beds are comfortable, a beautiful view from the balcony, it is directly on the Way of San Francis and immediately in front of the house there is a special machine where you can have excellent fresh cold water, naturale for free and gassata for10 cents..Laura is very very helpful. There are 3 bedrooms, peace and quite! Don’t hesitate!

We had a lovely 2-night stay at this beautifully renovated mansion. The photos just don;t do it justice! The spaces and decor are truly splendid and elegant, with a soft touch of coziness. The bed was very comfortable, the temperature in the room just right and the bathroom spacious, with a large shower (bigger than usual). We really enjoyed the breakfast served by the owner, with high-quality products and very good Italian coffee. We are also grateful for the parking space provided inside the gated yard. We would come back during a more warmer time, to try the enticing swimming pool or, at least, the outside chairs.

A wonderful place!!! A beautiful apartment!!! Everything is modern and new!!! Designed thoughtfully and with great taste!!! It has everything you need!!! Adriano, the host, is always available, attentive, considerate, and helpful with anything you need... The apartment is in a perfect location!! Just 5 minutes from the train station. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants!! Close to shopping centers (including a large supermarket). In short – a fun and enjoyable Italian experience!! The place is absolutely lovely!!! A Perfect Tuscan Getaway – Even Better Than Expected! We spent two unforgettable weeks in August at this beautiful house in Tuscany, and we can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect — wonderfully peaceful and private, yet very central. The nearby village of Dicomano has everything you need, including shops, restaurants, charming local bars, and a convenient train station with excellent connections. We especially loved how easy it was to hop on the train and be in Florence in no time. The house itself is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. The views from the property are breathtaking, and the privacy made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. Every morning felt like waking up in a dream. A special mention must go to Anna, the owner. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Her tips were invaluable, and she went above and beyond to make our stay special — even bringing us delicious baskets of fresh vegetables from her garden and eggs. It's the kind of hospitality that turns a great vacation into an unforgettable one. Before our stay, I was a little skeptical because all the reviews were so overwhelmingly positive — almost too good to be true. But after experiencing it ourselves, we can confidently say: every single glowing word was absolutely deserved. If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic, and comfortable Tuscan retreat with amazing hospitality and easy access to the gems of the region — look no further. We wholeheartedly and warmly recommend this house, and we’re already dreaming of coming back.

    The property is in the countryside and since we had hiked to Consuma and didn't have a car, we really needed to use Edi's shuttle service. The shuttle service isn't complimentary but quite reasonable.
