The view out across the fields and the location, close to the beach (5 Km away down a small local road). close but not too close to local towns (Fellonica and Castilglione dela Pescaia 5 Km away). The size and layout of the ground floor apartment was fine for two travelling. No wifi and no Air conditioning, but a fan was provided and worked well. The host (Mateo) and his partner were very helpful and although they didn't speak English and we didn't speak Italian we all coped well using Google Translate. Note - Shop for food before you arrive - in Fellonica (Aldi etc) - we ended up buying food in Punta ala at the Green Camping Site - 1 K from our location - very expensive but local. great bakery further on towards Baia Baberina - Punta ala. Less expesive supermarket...bakery next door -focaccia and chocolate croissants......

The staff is what makes this place very special! The owner Laura makes you feel at home since the very beginning and you can see that the staff is likely trained to ensure you have a very comfortable stay. Also the decorations of the hotel makes the whole stay very unique. Highly recommended!

Very close to the beach, you cannot be closer. The rooms are nice and the breakfast okay. The staff is super friendly and there is a nice atmosphere all in all. The beach itself is phenomenal.

Out of all the hotels I visited in Tuscany, this glamping site became my favorite. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and genuine warmth of the staff made me feel like part of their extended family. Their unmatched hospitality left a lasting impression. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful pool area and great rooms. Has a cool 60s vibe. Staff is great and cleaning is absolutely outstanding - best we’ve ever had in a hotel - fresh towels, turn down and everything else was on point. A feature that we loved was the cute beach shuttle! This hotel has an amazing beach club with a great lunch restaurant and all the facilities. Even has complimentary paddle boards and little boats that was so much fun.
