Really nice apartment, friendly staff, good food and very important excellent beds. Wonderful setup close to Peruggia, Assisi and other local POIs. If you want almost hotel experience but still being in the nature and agriturismo style, go there!

Perfect place to stay with a family. The family room is really well designed with very comfortable beds, lovely clean new bathroom and plenty of storage space. Nice breakfast in the morning, friendly staff, 10/10 recommend.

Clean room, friendly staff, family atmosphere. We used this hotel for our trip base around Umbria, Toscana and Marche. It was the best choice we have ever made on Booking.com. We greatly recommend this hotel to all who travel to Umbria and want to discover this part of Italy. Just below Assisi it makes this hotel an excelent choice for all who want to see the origins of St.Francis. Also, when we decided to take a one day trip to Rome by train, hotel staff prepared us the food for the trip. We have never felt more at home as we did in this hotel. Definately will come back!
