The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views across Lake Garda. You really couldn't wish for a better location in terms of the surroundings. But what made the stay extra special for us were the staff. Without question the best service I have received anywhere I have visited. Too often, I have stayed at hotels where the staff are too formal, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Here, the staff are super-professional and efficient, but also relaxed, easy going, and really keen to talk to guests. We got to know some of the staff members over the 4 days we were there, and more than anything, they left the biggest impression. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so exceptional. I hope you are all there when we return again in the future. In terms of facilities, the hotel has covered everything. Decent gym, great spa and relaxation area, 2 excellent pools and a nice bar area with a terrace that looks out over the lake. Wow! The rooms are really lovely, ultra-clean, modern and very comfortable. We made good use of the electric bicycle hire and spent a lot of time exploring the area. Torri Del Benaco isn't far away. It's a fun, downhill bike ride, or a walk, which didn't take us long. The hotel can arrange taxis etc if needed, but we chose to find our own way. We visited a few of the local towns and villages in the area and we found Torri to be the nicest. It was slightly quieter than the other places we visited, and with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we are not used to living in the UK! We ate in the hotel's restaurant on the first night, and although the food was excellent, there wasn't very much of it. We left feeling quite hungry. As the main target market is likely to be Italian, German and British, it is worth knowing that all 3 of these nations love their food! Tiny portions might look pretty on the plate, but they aren't very satisfying to eat.

Exemplary hospitality! Warm welcome, assistance with luggage, car parking nearby, information about the region and the city, suggestions and reservations for restaurants and visits. In short, a professional service on top of a completely renovated hotel environment. The owner couple, Stefania and Naren, are internationally trained and run this small hotel with passion and love for the job. Close to the hotel, a newly built path starts along the lake, taking you in 15-20 min to the portside. Excellent buffet breakfast and fresh eggs served on demand.

We were welcomed with a free apperitivo by the very friendly owner. Our room was large and very nice and stocked with freebies from crisps and snacks to a bottle of prosecco. All of the staff were friendly and eager to help. The pool area was very nice with lots of sunbeds, and there was a good private beach. The breakfast was excellent with lots of gluten and dairy free options. When we left we were given a bottle of rosé.

The staff was super friendly and made our stay perfect! It was a pleasure - everything was clean and everytime we had a question, someone was there to answer it :) We enjoyed the beach right across the street and the breakfast - we had a very nice, relaxed vacation! Wow. Excellent place and location. The staff is great and very freindly and service perfect. We loved the room as well as the whole hotel:-) so beautiful swimming pools. Great service also in the spa with excellent massages to re-energize. The restaurant serve very good food and no problem to ask for variation or something not on menu.

Excellent location and very welcoming and gentle staff. Room is very spacious and beds are comfortable. Got the chance to enjoy our meal from the balcony with glimpse to the lake. Breakfast had a variety of choice and everything was very delicious. Really enjoyed our stay!

Regina Adelaide is a stunning hotel/spa/restaurant that specializes in wonderful service, exceptional facilities, great location, and awesome food. The restaurant is over the top excellent for dinner and breakfast. The spa looks brand new and has everything you could want to relax and enjoy some ‘me’ time. And the rooms are historic, comfortable, very clean, with everything you need for a good nights sleep. The location in the middle of the little historic town of Garda, right on the lake is one of the best reasons for a visit.
