Heartily recommended. I went to Oriolo to check on some of Cinema Paradiso's locations and found myself unknowingly amist local festivities that'll stay with me for a while - straight out of a film too! The B&B was great, as was the room - as spotlessly clean as I have encountered - and the host was extremely nice and helpful. Would, will, definitely book again.

good points about it: 1. The host lives in the house on top of the "garage" where i stayed, so she is available to help. 2. She gave me directions to walk around town. 3. Clean place, it was also quiet and cool temp. It does not have an AC unit and summer in Italy can get hot, but given that the room is almost under ground, it keeps cool. 4. Very spacious, so it might be relevant for bigger groups.

Both the complex (gardens, swimming pool, hot tubs) and the room were simply perfect, but the thing that struck me and my wife the most was the kindness and dedication that the staff have in making the experience at Poggio delle Molare unforgettable. Stayed for a day with our two children. Impeccably clean family room, with views over the Lake Bracciano and swimming pool with relaxing area. Very good restaurant and amazing waiter Sergio who knows what a great customer service means. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, responsive and proactive. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!
