Moreover, one of the most beautiful sections of the Sardinian coast (the Orosei gulf) is only a half hour drive away, with great opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and sea kayaking The city is small, quiet, and very safe with excellent food. This is not really a tourist town, but it's a great location with good access to explore. It seems a quiet town. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Beautiful place with lovely people. I felt safer than other cities I have visited. But obviously, you can never be too cautious. I would definitely recommend learning Italian for a while before visiting though because the locals don't speak much English and it makes it easier for everyone!Guest review byCharlene FitzgeraldIreland

We stayed in Demetra room which is facing the wall of the next building (so no view) but very quiet. The other one has much better view (I guess) but it's probably more louder since there's a restaurant underneath.
