The house is located on top of a hill, it offers an amazing view and complete silence, a rare thing to find these days. The hosts live and work on the farm, but they have these 2 beautifully renovated apartments they rent upstairs and you get to enjoy their immense park/(forest), walk the nearby trails if you like or reach any major city within 30-60 minutes. They also run a restaurant on the weekends and you can order food from them. We didn't order anything during our stay, but bought olive oil and wild boar ragu before leaving, both incredibly tasty. There was amazing water pressure for a house with its own well, decent wifi reception despite being in the middle of the forest, intermittent but existing phone coverage. A couple things to note : you get there on a dirt road, around 10 minute ride off the main road. It is doable but not practical if you need to come and go, or if you forget to buy something (although the hosts are lovely and helpful). Our apartment didn't have ac and there was an abnormal heatwave during our stay. I understand isolated/remote places may not have all the comforts and you need to make the best out of the situation. We had two fans at our disposal and we could keep the windows open at night for airflow. However, I think guests with specific needs should be aware of such details before booking a stay like this.

What an unexpectedly good surprise. We really didn't expect that. We were very pleasantly surprised by everything. First of all, of course, the location of the villa is unreal. A wide horizon is visible. It is also very nice to walk around the town and just sit on one of the benches with an unreal view. I'm not talking about villa terraces and breakfast areas with unreal views. They were amazing. You could spend there hours... And the service staff is extremely cool and nice. They helped with everything in nice tone and were happy to assist you anytime. We regretted spending only one night there. We wanted to spend there at least five days!
