Amazing spa and wonderful grotte. Definitely recommend to do the experience Spa Floating! Luigi was very careful and showed the underground lake in the best way! Also thank you for the gift of Champagne and cake for my birthday, was a very pleasant and lovely surprise!

Our host was very courteous and gave us our choice of room upon arrival as one suite was up a flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable in both rooms of our chosen suite with good working air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of pastries, meats and cheeses, as well as fresh cooked eggs. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked fantastic and the view was amazing. It was definitely great value.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ana, who is not only an exceptional host but also one of the most genuinely kind and thoughtful people you could meet. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, always with a smile and great recommendations. The property itself is breathtaking — nestled in nature, with stunning views of the Tuscan hills. The rooms are cozy, spotless, and full of charm. We especially loved the peaceful garden and the pool area, perfect for relaxing with a glass of prosecco Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, local, and absolutely delicious, served with care and attention to detail. You can truly feel the love Ana puts into everything she does. If you’re looking for an authentic Tuscan experience, surrounded by beauty and cared for by the most wonderful host, this is the place.     Monsummano is an interesting town with a history I do not...

    Monsummano is an interesting town with a history I do not feel I explored enough.There is a museum and a library that I would have liked to have visted, but I enjoyed walking around and drinking coffees here and there. Only one decent restaurant as far as I could find - the Sotto Grotta in the Piazza Giusta ... but I could cook for myself (once I found the sumpermarket) and all in all it has a lovely feel with pleasing architecture.

    Clean comfortable big house, you enjoy being there. It has all that a family needs in facilities. The AC, that was available, was very much appreciated to be able to sleep during these hot nights. It has a balcony, not a terrace or a garden, so for those looking for a wide space for the kids to play outside it is not The place, but for the others we recommend. Nice hosts, generously welcomed by a tasty pie, some water in the fridge and some homemade beer

    The apartment is simply perfect, spotless clean, in a very convenient, quiet and pleasant location, just at a few yards from the spa! The owners Antonella and Maurizio are the best hosts you can find! They really want to make your stay as great as possible! My mum and I felt very spoiled and looked after!     The owner cleaned our room every day and put clean towels!! The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options (warm croissants, cheese, meat, juice etc.). We felt like in a 5star hotel as every time we came back everything was tidy- she even put our clothes which were left on a ground in order 🫶
