I love this place because it's near the beach; it's the perfect location, just a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, there are excellent restaurants in the area. We went for an early swim the next day since we arrived late at night. The host made us feel completely at home. She even left us some welcoming drinks in the cupboard, which I really appreciated. Her efforts to make our stay comfortable did not go unnoticed. She was so accommodating, answering my messages before we arrived and making sure to meet us at the accommodation. She also understood our request for a late checkout. Kudos to you, Francesca, and good luck with your endeavours!

Lovely, clean and fresh apartment! Located very nice close to many restaurants and beautiful beaches. I highly recommend to stay here, you won’t be disappointed! Our lovely host gave us some nice tips of where to go and where to eat. She was also kind enough to let us have a late checkout which was highly appreciated! 10 out of 10 😍

Excellent location close to Marina. Restaurants and Cafés, and also to the lovely pebble beach. The little kitchen was super well equipped, and there is ample space in the living room and the terrace. All in all in great vakue for money.

The host has been very accommodating and been there for us to help us out from almost being stranded. The place itself was amazing and was in a very good location where I could see the sunrise and sunset. If I ever decide to go back to Pisa I would definitely get in contact with this place.

First of all I want to thank for Marco! Everithing was great, every part of apartment was usefull, comfortable, clean. It was unexpected not to found any rating on BOOKING, it was impression to find such radiculous photo on google maps with under the number of adress, but finaly as I sad everithing was really great. Specialy thanks and apology for waiting and recomendation of restorations. Dood liuck in business!

Absolutely beautiful apartment. It has everything you need inside and a lovely garden. The beds are very comfy! It has good links to Pisa and other places from the bus or train. Michele the host is fabulous, very friendly and accommodating. We went with our two year old and he helped us very much to make the holiday alot less stress free. Nothing was a bother! ,Which made us feel very welcome. Thank you! Just becareful of the mosquito! Michele kindly left items in the apartment for these!

    The city of Marina di Pisa itself is not so much worth...

    The city of Marina di Pisa itself is not so much worth seeing, but the beach is amazing for a suburb of Pisa. The water is so clean and blue, we really enjoyed. There are also very good restaurants in Marina di Pisa and excellent ice cream. I can recommend the restaurant "C'era una volta" which is close to the hotel. Sometimes you have to reserve a table for the next day because it is so busy at lunch time.

    This property was amazing!!!

    This property was amazing!!! Views from our room were everything. We had full sea view from living room and bedroom. We purchased the apartment 1 bedroom with sea view. Looked just like pictures and many restaurants within 5 min walking distance all over.

    A wonderful location, not busy and still out of the circuit...

    A wonderful location, not busy and still out of the circuit therefore original. Ideal for gourmets, from veg to fish from hills,land&sea. Very clean water and a maritime pine forest make it a linear village surrounded by nature

    We had a lovely reception from Enrico and the rooms were...

    We had a lovely reception from Enrico and the rooms were great for one night. There was no tea/coffee facilities as advertised but it was not a big issue. There is a lovely outside area to sit in to enjoy the sun. Only one of the bathrooms of the two rooms we booked had an issue with the toilet. We left early so was unable to advise Enrico of the issue. We had a great meal at the Rustica pizzeria.

    M\rina di Pisa was a beautiful place but we stayed from 12/19th Sept 2022 and the resort was extremely quiet, we later found out that the area finishes its season at the end of August. Our accomodation and host were excellent and very helpful to us ordering a taxi etc. Just for further information you cannot travel on the local buses without having purchased a ticket in advance which was very inconvenient

    Marina Di Pisa is one of our favourite places to stay, our stay this time we sadly had to cut short because the accommodation standard was so poor. There are afew very good restaurants serving fresh fish, pasta and best pizza at La Rustica and Zenit bar to watch the fabulous sunsets from, perfect.

    This small hotel is a gemstone. I had a beautiful room with view to the garden and enjoyed a lot my mornings and evenings in the common “living room”. The house had an amazing atmosphere and it was so easy to get around from there. The nearest beach covered by white stones played its own music. The look from just in front of the house at the meeting of the Arno river and the sea was amazing too. I enjoyed to have a fridge and a kettle in my room. The room was big and the bed as well. I wish I could have stayed longer.

    Marco, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. Gave us lots of information about the area and was easily contactable. Place was very clean and tidy, good air conditioning. Location quiet and close to beaches. Bus stop very close giving easy access to other places.
