Excellent location. Handy (<100m) to ferry, train and bus. Many restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We needed a late check in which was accommodated without fuss. Good lake view from the front rooms and it has a lift. It's summer so it was pretty hot on the balcony but the air-conditioning worked well.

Amazing hotel! The whole hotel is designed like a palace. Every corner looks like a museum. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the lake, simply stunning! The insulation is perfect! A romantic and pampering hotel, the beds and pillows are really comfortable. The breakfast is excellent! And the spa with the indoor pool and the outdoor ones are simply stunning. No words! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met during my stay, and their attention to detail was truly remarkable. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. From the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant to the efficient room service, every aspect of my stay was well taken care of. In summary, I can recommend this hotel enough. Beautiful hotel, perfectly located in Stresa! Our room was so quiet, comfortable and charming, and we loved having breakfast delivered to our room and eating out on the balcony with views of the lake. Great restaurants within just a couple of minutes walk of the hotel, and the boat dock to go to the islands was basically across the street. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

The staff were incredible-I had read some previous reviews about the staff but could not believe how outstanding they all were. One person in particular who sticks in my memory is Alexander who works at the bar-he is a real asset to your hotel. The breakfast was also sublime

    very good location in city center, close to ferry and train station, with partial lake view 2 floors hotel but still had an elevator excellent breakfast good fridge and air conditioning modern furniture, room with balcony, large safe, modern bathroom friendly stuff, when asked suggested a good restaurant and made the reservation for me

    Location is great! Laveno feels very authentic. Maybe it was just the time of year, but there were very few non-Italian tourists. Very easy to access other parts of the lake on the ferry.
