Francesca and her daughter welcomed us with open arms truly making this house a "home away from home". Even doggie Due came to check on us regularly. My partner and our son we also able to relax and unwind and enjoyed the stay very much. The view from the terrace is amazing, especially the sunset. The house did get a bit warm - no wonder in the hottest week in July! The house is very clean and all amenities are available. We especially loved the two showers and the separate rooms! The stay was much too short and we will definitely visit Francesca , Margherita and Due again! Thank you all!

Probably the best 3-Stars hotel we’ve ever been. Nice and clean rooms. A lot of service facilities. Super friendly stuff. Great breakfast! I prefer rich and various breakfast in the morning. I’ve got it 😬 very good coffee and cocktails at the bar. Nice lunch opportunities ( really delicious). Good restaurants around. Hotel has enough parking places. Extra compliments to Stefano and his high professionalism. Thanks to the hotel stuff, we had perfect stay in Elba.

the owners were really friendly and helpful! they told us everything about the beaches, helped us planning our one-day-hiking trip to mount capanne. The view from our room was amazing - we were not only able to see the whole procchio gulf but also see the moon rise! the rooms were very clean!

I liked everything, but I've to highlight the service we got here. The stuff was super friendly and super helpful in each single thing. For the breakfast there were plenty of sweets as Italian usually have, but as well the salty one, plus something free from allergens. And I can't forget to mention the amazing gardin. A real relax zone.
