We had a lovely stay at Hotel Giardino. The hotel is really charming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with homemade cakes and local produce. Service was friendly and efficient. I left a travel bag there in error. The hotel staff were very helpful. I arranged a courier to pick it up but the hotel had to package the bag, print and attach labels. They did all this efficiently and couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely be back.

Spacious modern room with access to shared kitchen. Wonderful garden full of flowers with great views. Lovely surrounding area with picturesque hilltop villages. Good restaurant etc nearby. Great welcome from our hosts, who live downstairs. The best breakfast of fresh bread, ham cheese, yogurt, fruit, homemade preserves and choice of coffees.

The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Fossombrone. The hosts met us easily to pass the keys and were helpful and understanding when we had some last minute changes from ourside. We would not hesitate to book here again if we were in the area.

We took our dog and stayed one night, en route to the Ancona port. Our dog was stressed from the journey and refused to walk up the stairs to our room. Roberta just changed the booking and have us a ground floor room instead. There is no evening meal at this location, but Roberta showed us all of the local restaurant possibilities. One of these had a collection service. I don't speak Italian, so Roberta ordered the meal for me and then drove me to the restaurant to collect it. Above and beyond expectations. The kindness and hospitality here is second to none. Many of the reviews on here mentioned Roberta's home made cakes at breakfast. This proved to not be surprising, as she is an excellent baker! A lovely place to stay for longer next time.
