We spent the night in a room inside the main house. We were very satisfied. The village where the housing is located is nothing special. The homestead itself, the courtyard, the house furnishings, fragments from different eras and details in the interior are interesting and valuable. Every piece of wall, detail of interior decoration is filled with time and history. Lots of cute decorations, old stuff. Only there was no ghost. It was quiet at night, we slept well. Breakfast was delicious, served in a spacious living room. Wifi worked normally.

This was better than expected. We expected a hostel but it has ensuite rooms and even provides toothpaste and toothbrushes. The place is a bit dated but very clean and has a great rooftop terrace. The proprietor was unable to provide breakfast herself but had made arrangements with a local cafe which opens at 6.00am. Perfect for our early morning start.

The perfect place to stay when visiting Sansepolcro. Two minutes walk to the old city, very comfortable rooms. good facilities and the best host who did everything and more to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended as the best place to stay

    Gricignano is a tiny village, there is no place to go there. It is a quiet place with a beautiful view, just as we were looking for. It is surrounded by historical places; for example Citerna situates just a few minutes away by car and is beautiful.
