The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was outstanding. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. I had a wonderful stay, but what truly set this hotel apart was the kindness and care of the team. After I had already left, I realized I had lost a ring with great sentimental value. The hotel team went above and beyond to help me, they found the ring and arranged to send it to me by post. I’m so grateful for their honesty, effort, and warmth. It’s rare to experience such genuine care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Everything!! The staff is excellent. Absolutely loved the breakfast. Which was made for a big part by the pattisier of the house. The Room was so big and the bed was excellent. Loved the refreshing pool. The Masseria is so beautiful and have a good ambiance, it's like if you stepped into an italian fairy tail. This was what we expected Italy would be when we stepped food on the italian ground from our plane.

This was an absolutely stunning historic property with 5 star facilities. Loved my day at the Beach Club . The staff on reception were always extremely friendly , helpful and informative . This is very important when you are a woman travelling alone . I’m very grateful for their help and u distancing . It was also quite amazing to see the beautiful ancient olive trees in the property - put 900years old . What an honour to be in their ( olive trees) company .

    Gorgofreddo is, like many other places in the area, a rather...

    Gorgofreddo is, like many other places in the area, a rather rural / agricultural place. There is not much to see if you're looking for "sights". But there are olive trees, olive plantations, almond plantations, stone walls, red earth - and so on. It is really beautiful, and it is well connected to many bigger cities in the area: the roads are really good (for the most part, maybe some smaller roads or sidelines should be taken with more caution). It is quiet, a little off the grid, but by no means too much of either. Just a very sweet place.
