Gambarie is a small town in Parco Nazionale dell’Aspromonte. The hotel is a 5 minute walk, from the centre of town,set in a peaceful location. The staff are customer driven, willing to create a ‘Calabrian’ experience, friendly yet remain professional. The buffet style breakfast has many options. Dinner is recommended for local choices - delicious. The service was excellent, very clean rooms ( great showers). and common areas. The big swimming pool a bonus!

We had no idea what we were in for here. Not even sure we’d arrived at the place we’d booked. Until we met our host, Beppe, who embraced us like long lost family and made us feel right at home in his family-run hotel and amazing restaurant. We can’t speak highly enough for his professionalism, his family, his staff, his service, and his warm welcome. The food he so passionately serves and was so far beyond our expectations I can’t describe. And he was so generous and gracious in providing for my partner’s needs as a vegetarian too. I highly recommend Beppe’s La Braceria Calabrese and cannot wait to return. Thank you for the surprising and delicious lunch too, Beppe 😎🙏👌

A very unique apartment, interesting decoration. A private access and very peaceful building in a good location, walking distance to everywhere, near to main street. We had a rental car and were able to find a parking place from the street near by without ant problems. Checking-in was easy and Giuseppe was very helpful and active via messages, a lot of tips and a very fluent communication. Even we didnt met we felt very welcomed and being in the good care if anything. Also we appreciated a lot of flexiability in the checking out, as needed to have a work-related online-meeting in the morning. Suitable for the couples, as the shower was like a showcase, which we found amusing. If having disablities then good be difficult as there is a couple of steps to get to the shower cabin. Using space in apartment was well thought, as a woman I appreciated a lot of table space to have all cosmetics next to the mirrow on the aisle. Also I liked desk as I needed to remote work also. Super spacy and comfy bed and a modern five stars toilet. Outside of the apartment downstairs were eating area and also bakery products and coffee machine & water and juice. Maybe not for the breakfast but a very nice snack. Overall Reggio di Calabria is a beautiful place and this accomdation made this experience even better. I would recommend anytime warmly to visit there and choose Xenia Luxury homes.

This hotel we found out had only opened in April of this year but it feels as though they have the experience of some of the top hotels. We highly recommend this hotel the location is unbeatable just off the Lungomare, Corso Garibaldi is also very close. A local gelateria which is so good the queues just never seem to finish. Reggio Calabria Lido station is very close therefore making this a convenient place to stay if traveling by train (highly recommended). Thank you to all the staff for a great stay.

A 10-minute walk from the sea and 800 metres from the railway station, Hotel Scilla is set in Scilla’s centre. It offers free parking and free Wi-Fi.
