Our host was really nice and helpful and we liked our room so much, it is really good value for money! In Italy it’s tipical to have a tiny sweet breakfast, but we asked for savoury one and it was not a problem, also it was very good. The bed was comfortable, bath and everything was really clean. Would absolutely recommend!

Our host was extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful location with fantastic views, great breakfast, comfortable lounge where we could make tea/coffee. Would absolutely recommend, we will definitely stay there if we visit the area again.

I liked everything. The room, breakfast was delicious, place was clean and tidy. A big shout out to Mateo and Matias from reception, they are such lovely guys, friendly, welcoming and also quick responsive to our requests, keep it up with the good work guys. Thank you for your help. The hotel is a bit away from Florence city centre but there is a car parking near the hotel where you can catch the tram to go to the city centre if you are driving and the hotel is also on the way to Bologna or Siena.

The hospitality and kindness of the owners was fantastic. Despite the language barrier. Genuinely kind people. The food was great, especially the pasta. The location was perfect for the mugello circuit, just a short pleasant drive. I would have no hesitation staying again. Thank you for all of your help.

    Superb location in the middle of the countryside with a great pool and view. It is an old house with charm, not a 4 star hotel but comfortable enough with thick walls that help keep the heat away (stayed 4 nights). Samuel and his father are very dedicated to their guests and to the house, notably with a fantastic breakfast on a quiet, unique terrace with nice lemon trees, and ready to share tips to visit the region.
