The palace is highly impressive, historical and beautiful, but very well maintained and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered to help arrange a wine tasting tour in the region. We ordered breakfast for the stay. Both the food and in room dining experiences were very nice. Everything is just perfect.

Palazzo Ravizza sits on the edge of one of Siena's steep hills, with a spectacular view over the countryside. Once many years ago I woke up early and saw a full moon rising over the valley. Not this time, but the fall colors were just as magical in their own way, and the room was positively luxurious. A beautiful private garden. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kindhearted.

Great accomodation just 10 minutes wall from city center. Really kind staff that explained everything to us and helped with planing our trip to the city center. We spent 3 fabulous days at this hotel. Nestled in the Chianti hills but less than 30 is drive from Siena. The room was very comfortable and quiet with excellent air conditioning. The grounds were lovely with lots of different areas to sit in, both in and out of the shade. Pool beautiful. We are in the restaurant all 3 nights. Food, service and sunset all amazing. No more expensive than other restaurants around. All staff friendly professional and efficient. Would highly recommend
