Everything was excellent. The staff, the room, the breakfast. They covered every detail to make our stay unforgettable. I would really recommend to stay on this hotel and I would definitely would do it again. The locations is pretty good, It was centric but not too crowded so you can walk and there is life in the neighborhood. Its near all the attractions. Do it, book this hotel and you wont regret.

La Gemma has a fantastic location, literally 2min walk from many of the main sights. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful - making us feel cherished and right at home. The design of the hotel and rooms is gorgeous, while being practical; and I like the attention to detail. Will definitely be back!

Loved this place! Hope to return someday. It's an amazing place to stay, a walk away from Florence Center with the shuttle service available. The hotel is located in a beautiful park with sculptures and olive trees which is a perfect place to rest after longer walks in Florence. The staff is more than welcoming and friendly. And the breakfasts were delicious!
