Everything was perfect during our stay. The host is a kind person, she sent us all the needed information and allowed us to enjoy our stay. This area is really lovely, quite, the house and the garden the same, cosy, fully equipped kitchen and the room exactly as in the picture. With the bus you can easily go to the centre, is pretty close, so I totally recommend this place!

We arrived late at night and got all the instructions earlier by pics/ short video to my WhatsApp. The room was spotless, decorative and comfortable. A plate of home made cookies and a tea kettle were on the table. In the morning we had our breakfast at the owners Cafe on the first floor of the building. The place has parking and it's a 5 min drive from the airport.

EVERYTHING!! This was my first time to Italy and Venice was first on the list of my friend and I's week of travel. The hotel, staff, location was perfect! The staff went above and beyond and so friendly that it certainly helped to kick start a great time in Italy. I will be going back for maybe a long weekend, like it's only 2 hours away and the hotel exceeded expectations. Close location for taxi from airport to hotel, and even better location for train station to wherever we needed to go. Highly recommend this hotel and Italy train travel
