The location is WOW. Near the lake, just a few meters from the water. The room was clean enough, the stuff was very very kind and help with all our questions and tips for entertainment all around the lake. Definitely I'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the location was excellent. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, especially for staying with a baby. We had no problems at all. The staff were friendly—especially the housekeeping ladies, who were always smiling and so polite. Thank you!

The hotel was very inviting from the minute we walked in. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was exquisite. So much variety. We were there 4 days and I didn't get to try everything. The pool was lovely. The bar had enough of a choice for us. We only had dinner 1 night and it was lovely. The hotel is located between Sermione and desenzano del garda so we took advantage of the bike hire and toured both areas.

The staff went above and beyond to help us: 1) with the parking nearby as they get better prices for the customers 2) when providing advice of events beyond their control (our rental car had an issue in the highway and they were more helpful than the insurance we hired, and were constantly checking on us).

    It really was an R&R stop as we were hiking the MTB and moving onto the Dolomites. It wasn’t really our type of place, the little towns up the coast were pleasant, unfortunately as said they were not our scene .. so can’t really comment for others ..

    A centrally located resort on the lake.

    A centrally located resort on the lake. Lots of parking, loads of restaurants, we had super meals at Animo pizza and La Brasserie 15. Highly recommend hiring a boat with dolphin boats and going out on the lake - 3 hours was just about enough time. Absolutely huge market on Tuesday morning. Central location to visit towns either side of the lake. Much preferred Desenzano to the much busier and more touristy resorts of garda and bardolino.

    It is a pleasant town.

    It is a pleasant town. The historic center is small and the walk takes only a few minutes. The town itself is quite large. The waterfront is very pleasant and there are many restaurants, bars, hotels, cafes, souvenir and clothing shops. If you want to spend a lot of time by the water, it is advisable to find accommodation close by, because towards the interior the town is built uphill so walking can be difficult. A few days are enough to get to know the destination, but the town is excellent as a starting point for further trips by car/boat/scooter/bike. On the waterfront, guides offer various trips. We recommend a trip to the nearby town of Sirmione. In case of any trips, we recommend doing them in the morning hours because around lunchtime the attractions are already crowded. As for restaurants, the prices of meals are on average 20-30€. There are several supermarkets and small shops in the town.

    Great base to explore Lake Garda, especially without a car: easily accessible by train and buses (from Milan, Verona, Brescia, etc). All ferries to different points of interest in Lake Garda leave from Desenzano so it’s very convenient. The town itself is really pretty, it also has some beautiful beaches.

    what a lovely surprise - our main reason was to visit "Gardaland" with the little ones -so staying in Desenzano del Garda was a real treat - lovely evening strolls and gelato eating - we had a car so could get around to really nice restaurants in the area - we also hired a boat the one day and spent the day on the lake - a beautiful way to see lake Garda definitely would travel back

    Desenzano is a great place definitely worth a visit, lofts of fantastic bars and restaurants. You can get the ferry to all parts of Lake Garda from here. Also it has a train station which is a bonus. Cheap rail travel to other cities such as Venice and Verona. Buses plentiful taking you round the lake towns.

    Absolutely fantastic an apartment, everything is newest and very clean, the best breakfast we ate in our vacation in Italy. An amazing landscape view on Desenzano del garda. But everything that was wrote before is nothing compared to the personality of hostess at the hotel. Sofia was very kindness for us! Everything that she's recommended has met our an expectation for 100% We would like to thank you for spending a few days in your apartments! Highly Recommended!     Nice hotel very close to the centre of Desenzano. We stayed in the Venezia room, which was nice, had a comfy bed, a nice terrace with a partial view of the lake and good amenities (especially the AC). I must say that the owner of the Hotel was very kind and helped us a lot. We had a rainy day and there were no taxis available, and he was extremely helpful to get us to the destination. Very friendly staff and ok breakfast that will get you going for the day.

    We liked the location of the hotel. Biews were amazing. It was a in a good area of Desenzano with great views over the lake. Check out time was good as it’s 11.30am so abit later in comparison to other hotels.
