This booking was beautiful, perfect for our group. The views of the lake and the snow covered mountains were stunning, and they had a superb courtyard with direct access to the lake. In the town nearby there is a great sea food restaurant. A big plus were the 2 parking spaces in front of the house, as parking was difficult in the region throughout the vacation despite it being off season. The hosts were discreet, but helped us whenever we had any questions.

The location is superb just next to the pier. Few minites walking we can reach the villa monastero. Varenna is just perfect. Its like we are walking in disneyland. We would definitely recommend to stay at hotel olivedo! Breakfast is also the best, the scrambled eggs & bacon are excellence and god-like taste.

First of all, our host was an amazing and lovely lady. Rita is the proprietor of the hotel and made us feel very welcome. Due to the terrible weather Italia was having at this time, there was actually a landslide that damaged the railway. Rita ensured that we were able to get to Varenna, and also assisted us with our departure. The hotel is exceptionally beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable. The swimming pool is lovely on a hot day. Castello di Vizeo is a very pleasant two or three minutes walk away. The Castle is not to be missed and affords amazing views over Lake Como. Rita also cooked for us both evenings and we had nice meals. We will really consider staying here again in the future!

    There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio...

    There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio, just up the hill which at times can be unreliable and you need to buy tickets from the bar near the bus stop before your journey. If you rent a car, the journey into the mountains is worth the 8 hairpin bends. The views are absolutely stunning.

    Really special place. Very welcoming and friendly host. Such amazing views over the lake and alps. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Big kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. Slept well and relaxed.

    good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel.

    good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel. another good restaurant near marina, yet that one is rather expensive one. beach is easily accessible and there are paths for runners as well close to major attractions of Lake Como, worth considering travelling by bus. (Italians can be angry drivers if you go according to the speed limits)

    A very nice flat very close to the "Piazza Roma" in Cremia. There are a few public parking lots nearby if you're lucky, if not you can use a reserved one ~400m by foot in the via della Laga. You can see the como lake from the windows and the terrace. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room and a large bathroom, a coffee machine, lots of kitchen tools and a washing machine are also present. The AC in every room also heats the place if required.

    Amazing breakfast, with loads of food if you check all the options and exceptional service, in reception and restaurant. Valuable recommendations of the area and plenty of activities. The village is idyllic, pretty quiet, perfect for relaxing. Cremia has just a pair of restaurants, a bar, a beautiful church, and a dock, everything within walking distance from the hotel which is pretty handy.

    The accommodation was like a dream, the view from the window was breathtaking! The appartement is very clean, nice and comfortable with all necessary equipment. Cremia is a calm place, but the bar nearby the tiny old harbour is great! Restaurants also seem very fine. For us the only weaker thing was a beach, but the promenade around the lake is marvelous.

    The view from the room was breathtaking! The food at the restaurant (on site) was amazing, and the breakfast was super fresh and tasty even though there was not a huge selection. The staff are amazing, the hotel is just 10/10! We will definitely stay again! And it had parking which is a huge bonus!

    Lovely and quiet location up the hill in Cremia about 0.75 miles from the lake front with views of the mountains. Fantastic continental breakfast, very comfortable bedroom and everything perfectly clean. Elisa is very welcoming and helpful.
