One of the best hotels we stayed in, hands down! It is amazingly beautiful, the food is exceptional and the service is like you are royalty. Highly recommended if you wat to treat yourselves in a high end, super luxury vacation. You will not want to leave this property.

Absolutely wonderful staff at reception and at breakfast. breakfast was served so caringly, and was very good. I enjoyed the delicious english tea that was given me by the kind and sweet lady (who was also at reception the night before). The location was superb. it left a sweetness in us and a great fondness for Passagno sul Trasimeno.

The most beautiful location. We where attending a family wedding close by and have to say this was an excellent place to stay. The staff are the best we have ever experienced on our travels and we travel a lot!! Need to give a special mention to Valentino who went above and beyond for us, even translating the menu to English for us. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. Highly recommend this place you will have the most amazing stay.

The room, location, amenities (pool, bar, restaurants) are all individually fantastic, but the main reason I would come here again is the friendly staff. Gianni, the owner, is the man who knows everyone and will assist with anything, he is the main reason I will be coming back in future.
