Location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and particularly helpful, even calling the rental company road side assist due to language barrier after having car trouble. I was also excited to see a lift to help carry our luggage. I would give them a 10+ score if I could. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely everything was great! This hotel was the nicest and cleanest one we have been on our 1week round trip in Sicily. Lovely rooms (marble floors and highest quality furniture everywhere!), perfect location, warm welcome and outstanding breakfast and service (at the reception, the valet parking, room service and waiters at breakfast - best stuff ever!)

fantastic resort, fascinating atmosphere , beautiful gardens, perfect pool. great for family with children. Staff super friendly. The host absolutely lovely. 7-8 Km from center of Siracusa, but they offering shuttle service. delicious breakfast and tasty restaurant near the pool. highly recommended!

Fantastic location in the heart of Ortigia. Great staff, very friendly and helpfull. The hotel has two buildings, just opposite the street. This is a renovated palace, with great lobby and all facilities. Fantastic place!
