This place is totally worth the money. I can not recommend it enough. There is everything you might need during your stay. The information you will get is accurate and very useful. During the Magna Via Francingene i stayed one night in this lovely old house, Enzo created a stylish and homey house,.everything was worked in detail, and complete, and I have slept very well. Diner next door in South was convenient and delicious!

Contact before moving into the apartment was straightforward, even outside the Booking.com messaging system. We communicated via WhatsApp, and it worked perfectly. The host was eager to fulfill every request. I am very grateful that the host put so much effort and work into making the stay comfortable. The breakfast was always prepared with great care. I didn't expect something so delicious and beautifully presented and was overwhelmed by the care the host showed.

Everything was perfect. First the host family was very friendly and welcoming. And despite the language barrier we still had a great conversation. They were very flexible and waited for me arriving (I was hiking there) in San Giovanni Gemini and gave me a lift to the appartement and took me afterwards to local pizzeria. The apartment was very clean and super modern. By Sicilian standards it was also very quiet, good after a long day of hiking! It is located very central and on the way of the Magna via Francigena.

    This is a modern facility that is beautiful.

    This is a modern facility that is beautiful. Amazing views from every direction. My prior review said the host was “hands off”. I made a terrible error. It was my lack of Italian and not understanding that there was no breakfast or shared kitchen. I am so sorry to my host. You can use the wash machine for 3 euros.
