Mr Emiliano, is a perfect host at the reception. He solved the problem for my colleagues who had problems with booking and the hotel was complete. Liked also the quality of food at the restaurant. I gave location good because we were on the road to Napoli from Rome.castrocielo next to motorway was a perfect location for us.

This hotel has everything you want for a great vacation. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, the pool, plenty of sunbeds with towel service and every day a lovely Italian breakfast. But what really sets this hotel apart was the reception team. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From suggesting the best restaurants in the area to tips for trips to Naples and Rome and even for the less known sights in the area. We didn´t just feel welcome, we felt like we were among friends. So we will gladly visit here again.

    We only stayed overnight and some of the hotel facilities were either closed or undergoing maintenance. It was generally a nice place to stay but although the hotel is in beautiful countryside the local town is half deserted, apparently due to structural issues. Nonetheless fascinating to walk around. The evening meal in the restaurant was pleasant but leaned towards fine cuisine.
