Such a beautiful and warm hearted place! Even now, writing the review, I have got a smile on my face. Everything - very positive: location - very good, room - very good, views - very nice, breakfast - very delicious. Booked our stay at the last minute and was able to get a great rate for an amazing place. We were so excited to find this gem. It was clean, updated, spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Martini. If I ever come back I will be staying here!

The location is beautiful and quiet, nice view from the pool, outside area available to spend quality time with the friends. We had a ground floor room with outside sitting area, all very comfortable and clean. Excelent host, very kind and helpful, always doing everything to make our stay as nice as possible. We also had our motorbikes, did every day bike tours in Toscana. Our host prepared a special parking places for the bikes, gave us ideas for the daily trips.

The complimentary breakfast was a beautiful spread of cakes and tartes made by the owner, plus all the fixings for a delicious European breakfast. Cappuccinos made to order by the kind and attentive owner himself. It was a tranquil setting with quiet operatic music played in the breakfast room, marvellous art work around, and conversation of poetry and philosophy. Welcoming, attentive and generous hosts, it had the warmth of a home. A gem of a place to find amongst the often sterile hotel environments whilst travelling. Highly recommended.

Hotel had very nice breakfast selection, always fresh. Facility is located 2 min walk from the nearest beach/seawalk, room was quiet and clean with small balcony, entirely sufficient. Parking on the site was always available, but we were visiting in off season time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, special thank you for that.

It was a nice ride on the motorcycle to the hotel . It had a good carpark for the bike . The staff was really nice . There was food on site as well . It was nice and quiet out the way , just the job for me away from all the tourists . The room was clean and all was good
