Was great to find free parking at the railway station as an excellent service into Cagliari which avoided having to try and park in the city. Also direct service to and from the Cagliari Elmas Airport. Quiet town with amazing mining history and museum plus few good stores. Mining center is well worth a visit. The owner and his family went above and beyond - transporting me to the hospital and supermarket, helping me communicate with the doctors and generally making me feel welcome and cared for.They have hearts of gold. The hotel itself is full of character - with lots of fascinating objects to discover. The whole place has a rustic charm. Breakfast was very good plenty to select from. Good selection on the evening menu, food was excellent. Although we didnt use the pool we did use the sunbeds, remember to bring your own towel as they are not supplied by the hotel.
