The location is fabulous, in the middle of a beautiful vineyard, just lovely. Breakfast overlooking the countryside was great. We did a tour of the wine cellar with Patricio followed by wine tasting, great experience, he was very knowledgeable and a very friendly. A credit to the company.

Beautiful wineyard and land and amazing castle which surranded ba smaller villas which also welcome guests and this complexum together works pretty well an organized properly. Receive the key and get information was very easy, the parking is free and comfortable beside the villa. The breakfast is in the castle and wide range of selection. The place is pinturesc.

Stunning property that was wonderfully peaceful when we arrived and just what we needed after the august crowds at the coast. The staff were not there when we arrived but left a key for us and info which was perfect! We also had been contacted by WhatsApp with any info we might need eg. Local restaurant with gf options which was great 😊 (Il melograno in palmanova was fantastic and highly recommend for gf or non gf alike! Innovative and delicious food) Pool is lovely, set amongst a large green space with lots of trees for natural shade. There were plenty of loungers and space with only occasional couple of people using the area. Communal fridge so you can purchase cold drinks for the pool. Local wines on offer. Rooms were very cute and comfortable and there was fridge and air con. We felt very welcomed and at home even though the property is quite grand. Breakfast was a highlight and the lady on reception was super friendly bringing us everything we might need. She also gave us great local info with a hand drawn tour on a map to follow and see the best sights! Really lovely all round!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The services were excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.     It’s always a little bit like coming home. The hotel is beautiful situated. The rooms are typically small but have everything they need. The waiter for the breakfast is such a nice and gentle person and I can’t imagine that there could have been someone else in the last 10 years. Perfect hotel for a short stay in Friaul!

    Wonderful little hotel in a quiet location, in the middle of a wineyard. Be mindful that this is a Bed and breakfast, so there is no option for dinner or lunch.
