We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this extraordinary hotel for two nights, and it was, without a doubt, the most enchanting experience we've ever had. We've stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but nothing compares to the charm, character, and warmth we found here. From the moment we arrived, we were transported into what felt like a living fairytale. The hotel is steeped in history, and every corner is filled with thoughtful details and beautiful touches that reflect its rich past and unique personality. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s an experience to remember. What truly set it apart was the atmosphere: intimate, romantic, and utterly magical. Whether it was the timeless decor, the exceptional hospitality, or the peaceful ambiance, everything came together to create a sense of wonder that stayed with us long after we left. Everything was amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are excellent, there was attention to detail in regards to everything. The restaurant is the show stopper. Food is amazing and the building itself is stunning. Staff are very welcoming, you definitely get the sense that you’re in a luxury chalet being in the heart of the Zenga Oasis

If everyone in the world were as hospitable as the owners of this Airbnb, the world would be a much better place. Incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming people who greeted us as if we were part of their family. A beautiful, thoughtfully designed room, perfect location, every detail carefully considered, spotlessly clean without a speck of dust — everything done with love, everything prepared with love. I would come back here just to experience this level of hospitality again, this genuine care about making sure others enjoy their stay and feel comfortable. And all of this at an extremely low price, which truly surprised me. I will definitely return here if I ever come back to this region, and I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic welcome in a beautiful quiet town up in the hills. Amazing scenery around. Very easy to park and we loved our beautiful kitsch room. It was cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The meal in their restaurant just next to was superb. We were in Italy for 2 weeks and it was up there in the Top 3 best restaurants! Great access to Sanatorio D'Oropa. Very friendly welcome and staff
