The tranquillity, the building’s history and the interior design was incredible - everything was of such high quality. The hosts were so welcoming and kind. You enter into the gates and you’re taken away by the size of the property and the decor. Also, the wife makes all the breakfast cakes and tarts herself - definitely make time to eat there.

This albergo is much better than expected. If you don't need a very modern place but a very correct place, where people are very friendly, rooms and bathrooms clean, this is a good place. And on top we had good food in their bar downstairs.

A beautiful old building but contemporary & very well designed inside . Its very peaceful, set in the countryside but its also convenient as it’s not far out of town & near to the autostrada. Although without doubt its most suited for those with a car, as walkers we found it no problem at all making our way into town . The pool was a real highlight too and we found it a fabulous place to relax. Enrico and all the staff were so welcoming & friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. If in the area again we will definitely choose to stay again.

    If you like opera and Verdi and enjoy a modest, small town in Italy with little tourism, Busseto is quite special. Sadly, it is not easy to get tickets to the rare opera performances in this beautiful little theatre with only 300 seats.

    There are several small villages around this area.

    There are several small villages around this area. We found, instead of Busseto, that Fidenza was a better spot for small boutiques and restaurants. Two days in this area is perfect. Then, on to Parma and Bologna or north to Milan. There is also a typical, huge outlet mall near Fidenza.

    Exceptional B&B sets very high standards of care and professionalism. Air conditioning. Large and very comfortable bedroom, with large shower room, leads out on a fully fenced large lawn area. High end Hotel type facilities provided, including well stocked mini bar. Wonderful building and location. €10 superb breakfast, with large selection of lovely produce and at least 6 different home made cakes to choose from. Excellent evening meal recommendation. The venue is also very dog friendly. Would certainly highly recommend.

    Lovely traditional Italian hotel, spacious and steeped in the history of the location, yet unassuming and relaxed. We have been several times before en route from England to Central Italy. Both the restaurant and Pizzeria serve excellent home cooked food using fresh local produce…very good value with excellent friendly service.
