Good afternoon. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff and owner of the hotel. Incredibly cozy chalet with only 4 rooms. When approaching the hotel, we contacted the owner to clarify where we could park, he met us exactly a minute later. They also kindly provided us with a parking space and on the day of departure, we rode quietly for up to 4 hours. the next day. The room is very cozy, new, stylish, spacious, chalet style. New plumbing, comfortable bed, bathrobes and rubber slippers for the spa. There are 4 bottles of water in the minibar. the room also had 2 separate beds, which is ideal for a family with 2 children. At breakfast in the morning 4 tables were served, the owner kindly offered us coffee. breakfast is hearty and delicious. By the way, after the first day of skiing, we left our skis and boots to dry in a special room. It's nice that you can warm up in the spa in the evening. , there is a jacuzzi and a sauna. the location is perfect, right in the center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. shops, a mountain river and of course a ski lift. I'd love to come back again, but I'll ask for a room with a balcony in advance)

Central location, ski in/out. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Endless hot water. Nice gym and sauna. Room cleaned daily. Excellent food, staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. Very well looked after, apres ski was great. This is a gem Of a hotel.

The breakfast, the food in general was delicious, but absolutely the best thing was the personnel. They all were so helpful, polite and thoughtful: Always one step ahead. Then for us Finns, the sauna with iki-kiuas was offcourse the ultimate experience. There is hardly never a sauna this good outside of Finland. Loved it.

Nice little hotel in a stunning location. Small but comfortable rooms, great breakfast and a nice restaurant in the hotel. All very reasonably priced. Free parking within walking distance. Amazing views. Easy access to cable cars from the hotel, in less than an hour you can be at the top of a mountain surrounded by snow in the middle of summer! You can also cross into Switzerland using the cable cars.

Good choice of breakfast. Lobby area is cute and cosy with a fire place and a bar. Has a spa are with a sauna and spa (though needs a bit of an uplift). Has a boot room to store your skis/board. TBH the location is really fantastic, being so close to the chair lift, ski rental shop and restaurants. Staff are also super helpful and freindly.

    Such a beautiful town!

    Such a beautiful town! I felt like I had a much better spot than the other little towns nearby just because of the ease of access to the Matterhorn hiking area. I just walked out my door and it was right there, no driving necessary. Also, it was extremely convenient to come down off the mountain and just grab some dinner.

    Wonderful skiing holiday.

    Wonderful skiing holiday. If you haven’t a car then there is a timetable for shuttle buses to take you you to the lifts and the town. They are a public service so have a set route and designated stops. There is Only one supermarket ( in the town). Whilst ample for us it has limited supplies and shuts between 12.30 and 15.30, however fine for us on a limited budget. We ate out on 3 occasions and would say costs are cheaper than the Uk do not overly expensive.

    Cute town with lots of shopping and dining options! Easy to walk around and plenty of hotels offering shuttles for ski lifts and restaurants; make reservations for dinner (or ask the hotel to assist) as most restaurants are “full”

    Cervinia is a very good quality, large, high and thus snow...

    Cervinia is a very good quality, large, high and thus snow assured ski resort. There is not much challenge for advanced skiers as the resort tream piste bash the runs every night leaving no moguls (bumps). Being so large their is still plenty of ski are so advanced skiers can work on their skills and are kept interested. Far better value than the Swiss side. However while there the Zermatt side is a must visit.

    The resort is great.

    The resort is great. It favours intermediate skiers, but I feel it neglects beginners. No specific information for beginners. I note there are instructors for lessons. Luckily for me I could settle in well, but one member in our group struggled a bit.

    Lovely little town - small enough to get around on foot /...

    Lovely little town - small enough to get around on foot / welcoming venues and lovely people working in them ! Highly recommend yimeltrob (free meat and cheese platter with a drink order) Lots of great places to eat and catch the sun

    Fantastic hotel, really great staff, great location, very short walk to the gondola but there is a shuttle to take you, which is very spoiling as it is such a short walk! You can skit to the door. Restaurant food is really high quality and the pool is a fantastic. You can buy your lift pass through the hotel also and rent skis directly opposite. The bedrooms require some hooks for hanging jackets / ski wear but truly an exceptional hotel. We have already booked to come back next year

    My family and I stayed in this hotel for a week and had a great time. The staff is friendly, service is great and the hotel is clean. We loved the ski in and out experience and in the evening there is a navetta that will take you wherever you want to go. Will definitely return!

    We came to ski and for that reason I liked the location: Just a short walk and we could join the slopes. If you want to spend time in the center of the village, then the hotel is a bit far away. However, there's a local bus between the hotel and the village.

    Location is great. 100 meters from the ski lift, fight on the main street. If it is snowy you can ski to the hotel doors. View from the room is stunning! Ski room was good and comfortable as well. Dinner was good , but breakfast was not.
