It has been a nice 2 night stay for us and everything was working as it should be. Staff are friendly, room was good and everything was working as it should be. Spa was under maintenance but they have informed us before going there plus we were not after Spa anyway.

The hotel is close to the Palermo airport. ( 30 min drive) The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a car park available. I haven't dined or had breakfast, so cannot comment on catering.

We had a really pleasant stay! The host Nicolò was very responsive and attentive to all our needs, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was well organized and we truly felt welcomed. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Luca and his sisters operate an exceptional agriturismo with spacious and clean rooms, a delicious dining experience and beautiful grounds. Our stay at Baglio Cara was during the Nov. 1 holiday in Sicily and we were able to join other guests and many locals for a fantastic holiday lunch. The food for the Nov. 1 holiday lunch, breakfast and dinners was all homemade using local ingredients including some from their own farm. The family and staff were all warm and welcoming and Luca provided guests with a tower of their olive trees where we could see the olives being harvested.

I would like to thank Paula and Guiseppe (owners) for their hospitality! They were very helpful and caring. Breakfast was great, they even fed us before the airport on the last day at 6 a.m.! The location is good, close to the beach. Sometimes we struggled with parking, but in the evening you always can find something nearby. I recommend this place!

Our stay was amazing ! The host (Chiara) and also her parents are extremely friendly supportive and were available all the time. The apartment is located in beautiful peaceful place with sea view. It was all super clean and well equipped! We had also a terrace facing the sea. I couldn’t dream of better place, I felt at home there and had unforgettable time:) big thanks to the hosts !!!! Grazie !

Absolutely new comfortable apartments with stylish decor. All is in good quality. A lot of dishes and kitchen equipment, necessary cosmetics in the bathroom. The mattress and pillows are fantastic)) We stayed just one night, but I would stay to live there)

    Amazing little place.

    Amazing little place. Locals lovely and beach is beautiful 🤩. We will definitely come back but stay longer as one week was not long enough to see everything. Done vineyard with giovanni and that experience was the best of the holiday.

    We didn't visit Balestrate but used the accommodation at...

    We didn't visit Balestrate but used the accommodation at Holiday in Paradise as our final 2 night stay after our 2 week road trip around Sicily to relax prior to our flight back to the UK from Palermo airport. It is only a 30 minute easy drive back to the car hire place and the shuttle back to the airport.

    the town is pleasant, and you find everything on the main street. the beach is a disappointment, far and dirty. it's about an hour by bus from Palermo by bus, but there are very few buses, and the train takes nearly 2 hours.

    Balestrate is a lively small Sicilian town 30 drive from Palermo airport (Pmo). It is a good starting point for exploring Palermo and west parts of Sicily. The beach seemed a bit abundant but we were there out of tourist season. Rental car is essential as there is so much to explore, from beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters to traditional Sicilian villages and hiking opportunities.

    Nice, rather calm town.

    Nice, rather calm town. Typical colorful houses, narrow streets, swuare with historic church. They have at least few restaurants with typical, fine cuisine (try disiu pizza - perfect pizza; siculish - artisanal sicilian cuisine; cia vuru ri tradizioni - suprising restaurant with great atmosphere, food and interior). Beach is broad and accessible for swimmimg, a bit not clean (some plastic bottles, etc.), but maybe during the peak season they clean it better (I hope). We had great time, proces are affordable (cafe/restaurant). You may easily reach the town from Punta Raisi by public transport or use private transfer (public transport for 4 person is ca. €30 / private transport €35 booked in Balestrate Jumbo car rental).

    Small quiet town.

    Small quiet town. Between Palermo and Trapani. 30 minutes car drive to Palermo airport. Good for making trips to Erice, Palermo, Segesta, Monreale. Trafić was not bad at all. Instead of going by car you can take a bus.

    The house is amazing! Spacious, nicely decorated. Feels like Sicily. Front porch and back yard is super comfortable. Location is amazing too if you want piece and quiet like we do. You need a car to move around if you want to visit beautiful island. The best host ever. Always answering the phone and replying on messages. In a few minutes our problems were solved. Thank you

    Very nice stay for few days. Excellent service and great food. View from balcony was on mountains. The hotel is only few kilometers from the very good Balestrate Beach. This is the good place to visit nearest attractions as Trapani, Monreale, Erice and San Vito Lo Capo. Best wishes for Chiara, Luca and rest of the team :)

    A really spacious villa with everything you need! There is a lovely beach at the bottom of the road and the villa feels very safe. Its approximately a 5 minute drive to the center of balestrate and only 3 min to a local supermarket and lovely aperto.
