This is a Magical place. Very private. The owner, Vittorio greeted us when with a sense of welcome and happiness we arrived. The room was in the second floor. HUGE room with bath. Since it was on top of a hill, there's no need for AC. We opened the windows and the air crossed the room, Temperature was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant at night and they prepared the tables in the garden for the people that came from outside to eat in their restaurant. The tables were appropriately distanced from one another and we and other guests were having dinner under the stars, it was MAGICAL. The food was incredible. The hospitality here was 10/10. Definitively we'll come back again for more days, unfortunately we stayed one day because of our trip schedule, but we HIGHLY recommend staying here! Thanks Vittorio and Staff!!!

Fantastic 5-night stay at Casale Monte Valestra! The accommodations were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. Elisa, the staff member, was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Great hotel with beautiful surroundings and facilities, massage at the Spa was amazing and the hotel manager went above and beyond to help us with our broken down rental car and forgotten items in the room. It was a fantastic short stay and we will hopefully be back at some point. Thank you very much to the whole hotel team for providing outstanding service.

Beautiful location, super nice visit and tasting of the aceto made at the property. Very nice staff and owner who gave the tour himself. Maybe a suggestion is to send information about the possibility of visiting/tasting at the moment of reservation, it is not clear if it is always offered, time etc. We were lucky to get into a tour that was already taking place on that day.
