Staff were exceptional. Pierro, Rosario, Alex, Miriam and Luigi were outstanding. Pierro in particular went out of his way to make us feel welcome organise transport for us to and from the train station, plus a rental car for 2 days as well as maps of the local area to assist with our travelling. Alex also provided professional advice and information. If Bagnara is the heart of southern Italy, the Grand Hotel Victoria and Piero is the jewel in the crown. I can highly recommend all travellers to stay there for the generosity, professionalism and hospitality.

Mr Nicola is super kind and friendly, hardworking man. he made our stay just perfect. We had dinner there and he treated us very well. The waitress, I think her name was Lucy was also very kind and friendly. We had a good and abundant breakfast too. Room was clean and everything was in a good working order.

We lived in the apartment at the end of September. Convenient location, good layout and furniture, large balconies, clean place. We are very grateful to the owners for the excellent hospitality, care and goodwill. From the first minutes of communication it felt like we were visiting our relatives. Excellent! There is a very spacious beach right across the B&B which is perfect if you'd like to have a quick morning swim or want to stay by the sea till late. Also we happened to catch a local festival that takes place only once a year, and since the apartment is located in the heart of events, first row seats are always guaranteed and you won't miss anything :)

We had the house to ourselves when 2 other couples could have booked a room there too. Air con in the room, 2 single beds side by side, huge kitchen, outdoor furniture. The owner gave us some plums from the tree. We managed to get our Harley Davidson motorbike within the premises for security reasons. Very happy with the place and we are coming back next week.

    It was off the tourist track therefore you got to see the authentic part of southern Italy. Food there was exceptional and much cheaper than other parts of Italy. People there were very warm and genuine.

    The hotel position is super central, and at night time the sound of the sea waves works better than a lullaby. The breakfast on the ground floor terrace is rich of options, very good croissants, and enjoyable view.

    Hotel staff was nice trying to help. Breakfast ok but coffe just from automatic machine. Location facing sea is nice if u have room facing sea. Live streed in the back of hotel with shops and restaurants.

    We liked the hotel style and its perfect location. There is also a very nice breakfast in the morning overlooking the sea. The receptionist was so kind and supportive, we appreciated it a lot!
