I, personally, did not stay on the hotel, our 2 workers did. I was in contact with Mr. Giordano and the support from the moment we booked until they left was over the top. breakfast was included and lots of choices very good. The hotel was across the street from the cruise pick up point The hotel is older, it does have an elevator, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I was only there for 1 night before the cruise
