The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views across Lake Garda. You really couldn't wish for a better location in terms of the surroundings. But what made the stay extra special for us were the staff. Without question the best service I have received anywhere I have visited. Too often, I have stayed at hotels where the staff are too formal, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Here, the staff are super-professional and efficient, but also relaxed, easy going, and really keen to talk to guests. We got to know some of the staff members over the 4 days we were there, and more than anything, they left the biggest impression. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so exceptional. I hope you are all there when we return again in the future. In terms of facilities, the hotel has covered everything. Decent gym, great spa and relaxation area, 2 excellent pools and a nice bar area with a terrace that looks out over the lake. Wow! The rooms are really lovely, ultra-clean, modern and very comfortable. We made good use of the electric bicycle hire and spent a lot of time exploring the area. Torri Del Benaco isn't far away. It's a fun, downhill bike ride, or a walk, which didn't take us long. The hotel can arrange taxis etc if needed, but we chose to find our own way. We visited a few of the local towns and villages in the area and we found Torri to be the nicest. It was slightly quieter than the other places we visited, and with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we are not used to living in the UK! We ate in the hotel's restaurant on the first night, and although the food was excellent, there wasn't very much of it. We left feeling quite hungry. As the main target market is likely to be Italian, German and British, it is worth knowing that all 3 of these nations love their food! Tiny portions might look pretty on the plate, but they aren't very satisfying to eat.

Everything was amazing, starting from the owners, their approach, hospitality and every detail in the hotel. We felt like we were staying at 5+ star hotel owned by our friends. If you were looking for a 5 star hotel with a unique, friendly approach, you should start from this one. We hope to come back there again because it was not an everyday hotel experience.

The place is brand new. The rooms are big and spotless. The swimming pool is very big and clean. The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The location is perfect to walk to the old part of the town - on the lakeshore - were you can find all the restaurants and the beach. Superb breakfast. The staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming.

Situated in first line to beach. Room with lake view and balcony. Parking on perimeter of hotel and included. Nice terrasse with serving drinks. Nice garden with beach chairs. Those could even take from hotel and bring to beach. Very good breakfast with fresh sliced fruits. Very friendly and fully helpful staffs. A place where have wish to return.

Right beside the lake front this hotel is a rare gem, old world style meets modern customer service. Staff were warm and helpful and the facilities second to none. The breakfast was of a very high quality and we would recommend a visit to the Patio restaurant if budget allows, quite the experience. The Spa and pool area were very high quality and the gym while small was very well equipt. Their Beauty salon gave an excellent service. Would love to return!
