We stayed at the red house because of the little number of guest in this season, the place was very welcoming, a big family kitchen with all that you need, a friendly dog and beautiful horses just around the house. We loved our stay and will definitely come back for horse riding trip.

Exceptionally clean, kitchen is very spacious n well equipped. Lot more than expectation. Dining area has good view. Has a cosy living area, though we didn't use it. Overall 10!

The location. Sensational views in the middle of nowhere. 7kms off Ring rd 1, 15 mins from Blönduós. Facilities. Heated swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast. The best breakfast buffet I had in Iceland. Staff. Friendly, helpful, honest, efficient.

North West is located in Víðidalstunga, right off Iceland's Ring Road. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a seating area and a private bathroom with shower.

Great hotel and restaurant. Absolutely love how it looks run-down from the outside, but when you step in, it’s warm, cosy and very inviting. Interior is great in the restaurant, bar and rooms. Great staff too! Definitely try their Icelandic Lamb Soup that comes with Sourdough and Date butter, the butter is heavenly 👌🏽 And how lovely, they packed a brekky to go, in the morning for us ❤️ Shared kitchen had a big fridge, hot water, tea and coffee available.

Beautiful place with a panoramic view. The cottage was very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Quiet location, only sheep and horses around. One of the best places to stay in Iceland for us. We would love to come back <3

An amazing experience. The geothermal water heated hot tub by the waterfall is a must, with gorgeous mountain views all around if you’re lucky enough with the weather. The rooms overlook the valley and mountains, and we had horses right in front of us until it was time to feed them, which we got a chance to do.

Overlooking Lake Svinavatn, this guest house offers basic rooms with hardwood floors. Iceland’s Ring Road 1 is a 9 km away.
