It is in the middle of nowhere, so taking that into account it is a little more expensive , but worthy. The same with the restaurant. There is not really other option for dinner, so the best you can do is take their option. But they turn this option into a beautiful menu! It´s really tasty, Personal really friendly too, also with kids. Good breakfast Family room with 4 beds really comfortable. It has a direct connection to outside, good for spotting auroras!!!

I enjoyed living in a home designed by an award winning architect. Beautifully appointed with everything to expect in a luxury home. A short drive to glacier hikes and puffin tour. It was a splurge but worth it.

Absolutely incredible experience- our Aurorahut / Glacier Lagoon Igloo was wonderful, we had stunning views of the glacier, and the whole lagoon to ourselves overnight. The hut is very compact but extremely comfortable, and a real once in a lifetime experience! The staff were brilliant, very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful - Noab took us on our own private tour of the glacial lagoon and to the foot of the glacier on route to the accommodation, which despite the rain was breathtaking. It’s 100% worth the price - we’d love to stay on the lagoon again, or on the ice once Julian moves it there for the winter! An unforgettable experience!!

Everything! Peaceful location very close to Skaftafell National Park and Jokulsarlon Lagoon. The space was super well divided with brand new furniture and all one can need, and very clean. The view was really beautiful.

Staying at The Potato Storage was an awesome experience for us. The view from our room was breathtaking, as we could see the glacier. The apartment was neat and tidy, and Regina is a superb host. The kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment is half an hour drive from the Fjalsarlon and Jokulsarlon glacier lakes.
