I booked 6 rooms here for a group of 13 for the whole family. The location is great - it's about 30 minutes from the airport. Located in Sri Rangam itself, it's so close to the famous Sri Rangam temple. The hotel is only 9 months old at this point. It's super clean and cosy. The service here is top notch. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help and make our stay pleasant. On the day we arrived, our flight was delayed so we only checked in at 2am. They called me at intervals to check if I was ok and helped us even at that ungodly hour which I am truly grateful for. The owner checks in on us every morning too. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They have a TV and decoder with so many Tamil channels. The breakfast is homemade and tastes heavenly! They have about 5 items everyday which changes. The sakkarai ponggal is to die for! I really wanted to buy and try 'Akkaravadisal' so I asked the chef, Ashtalakshmi akka where to find it and she made it for breakfast the next day for me instead. It was sooo delicious! Would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting Trichy! ❤️

The hotel was immaculate with friendly professional staff. The room was perfect in every way. Everything worked as it should (that is a rare thing in Indian budget hotels). Motorbike and car parking was attended by helpfull staff.

    The temple visits were good... The waiting time is 1 to 3 hrs... so be prepared for long hrs of standing in Q. The shopping is good and value for money. The new Smart City parks and walking stretches were good..

    This review is only about Srirangam.

    This review is only about Srirangam. Not aware of Tiruchirapalli. Lord Ranganatha's temple is marvelous. To have Vishwaroopa Darshanam, one should book online in advance. There are a lot of other 'Sannidhi's' within the main temple area. Did not visit other Shaivite temples. There is a reasonable hotel "Madapalli" wherein one can get a good breakfast consisting of idli, Vada, Dosa etc and also a nice south indian lunch. Not aware of any hotels serving North Indian or European cuisine. We had our own transportation. Using google one can travel all over. The roads are narrow but good. Autos are available for local transportaio but a bit expensive. One needs to bargain with them

    A must see place in India especially the Rockfort temple and...

    A must see place in India especially the Rockfort temple and the ancient Ranganatha Swamy temple. SouthIndian delicacies aplenty around in Udupi restaurants.like Vasanta bhavan in the market place and a numer of Malls and jewellery showrooms.Easy access to public transport and auto rickshaws to visit places of interest.

    There are a lot of temples and tourist spots like Mukkambu, Kallanai etc in addition to a lot of temples. I came for a function and darshan. The trip was short as I have come here many number of times. Good place to visit and have as a hub to cover nearby places.

    Tiruchchirappalli is very clean city. Well organized and well planned. People are very friendly and warm plus helpful when you enquire anything. Good shopping outlets with reasonable prices for the quality.

    Wonderful temples all within a short distance.

    Wonderful temples all within a short distance. Go early in the morning to see the beautiful prayers. Check out the bars in the evening for a cool beer and enjoy the complimentary snacks. Restaurants are plenty and the vegetarian food is amazing so are the Indian sweets. Head to Krishna Sweets. Do try out their local soft serve ice cream and chocolates. Head to Westside for comfortable cotton ladies Indian tops and pants. Grab is not reliable at all. The driver will call and quote you a higher price. Your best bet is to hail an auto but get the hotel guards to help you.
