The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The room was nice with comfortable bed and housekeeping was excellent. Food was amazing at the restaurant which has a great view. This is going to be our favourite hotel here in Srinagar.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time at the house boat. We booked the place for only 2 nights with no plans at all. Ibrahim and Faizan sorted everything for us. We did a guided one day trek at Naranag. They helped us with the appropriate equipment and food for this. On the second day, they also organized a short tour of the mosques in Srinagar and a boat ride on Dal lake, just before our flight out. We also had dinner with the family after the trek, which was a nice experience.

I had a very great experience at this hotel cum villa. The rooms were maintained and clean. we sat at the balcony and enjoyed the View of Dal Lake I would recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We had a great time in the houseboat. I really like this place. Ibrahim was very kind and helpful.they cooked really delicious food. The houseboat is nice and the rooms were comfortable, they have a good heating system. The location is perfect... I highly recommend it I will definitely come back again
