The location was beautiful. Right beside the beach and surrounded by tropical vegetation. Quiet, residential neighbourhood. Lovely sunsets. Perfect for a retreat from busy life. Host and his family were exceptionally kind and helpful.a real insight into Keralan life. Fishermen work nearby. A big garden with a hammock. Very relaxing. Good wifi if needed. Food delivery service available

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing garden and swimming poll area on the lake shores! Staff is so helpful and friendly. They helped us a lot with some ginger mixture when we had stomach issue. Gorgeous, indian decor, clean and spacious room (better book the one with lake view), good breakfast. Quite pricy but you have to pay for good standard in India. Nothing within walking distance (not an issue, just FYI), perfect for relax and doing nothing. :)

My first preference was vicinity to temple and this property is just aside. Room is exceptionally clean with neat toilet and clean towels. I found everything fine here. Value for money and I strongly recommend.

    The host was wonderfull, the room was beutifull and the...

    The host was wonderfull, the room was beutifull and the place and neighborhood was quiet. There was no other turists around. The host cooked a good fish dinner for us and also made tea and coffe when we needed it (the latter for free). The beach close by is not really for swimming as the waves are to large and nobody else is swimming. It was a bit hot so we needed AC during the night which costed additional 350 Rs. This place is really worth a visit if you like quiet beuty. The host also helped arranging local tranport at good prices.
