Where to start? There is so much to say about this place that I would call my Rishikesh-home. Shiva Yog Sthal undoubtedly stands out as one of the premier accommodations in Rishikesh! Having explored several other options in the area, I have found myself returning to this beautiful hotel. What sets Shiva Yog Sthal apart is their commitment to cleanliness and exceptional hospitality which can hardly be found anywhere else. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest gets the experience they desire. Particularly noteworthy is the provision of heaters during the winter season, which is very valueable to have!! During warmer seasons, the hotel's architecture itself as well as ventilation and AC ensures a comfortable stay. My personal highlight of the hotel is the beautiful yogashala with Shiva painting at the wall and Ganga overview <3 In summary, Shiva Yog Sthal is more than just a hotel—it's a haven where guests are treated like family. Very clean, staff was extremely helpful, kind and attentive. Very close to Ganges and I loved the cafe on fifth floor with view of river. I had the pasta and it was beyond delicious !!!!

The position of the hotel 🏨 s lovely right above the Ganges. The rooms were very comfortable, clean & spacious with nice bathroom & free water tea & coffee. The staff were lovely especially in the dining room. The food was good. Great breakfast & high tea included.

Everything worked. The staff is extremely valuable, they respond quickly to the guest's wishes. The hotel is extremely clean. The room service works excellently, and delicious food, and beautifully served. The support staff is always ready to help you (cleaning the room, carrying your luggage...) They are always present and friendly at the reception. There is a wonderful view of the holy river Ganga. The terrace offers a wonderful view of nature and temples.

This was the best experience we have ever! This property is surrounded by mountains, which give off an amazing nature vibe. We have enjoyed their swimming pool, complimentary breakfast and indoor & outdoor games. Our two days spent like 2 hours their. Their staff and services are exceptional. The location is also good and near to rafting point.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in. Staff and owner excellent. Room was neat and clean dorm beds excellent with excellent bed mattress, bedsheets and blankets very clean. Dormitory is ganga river facing on one side and market on one side. At present tje laxam jhoola under repair so route is ram jhoola. From ram jhoola you can get scooty for 100 rs to the yes retreat. Landmark is dharamraj mandir and sub post office laxam jhoola. It's also 50 metres from laxam jhoola police station. They have rooftop restaurant too.
