Our stay at the Kaptain's Retreat exceeded our expectations. The entire hotel including our room was spanking clean. The interiors were done in an elegant fashion. The staff was courteous and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen but you can order food from a nearby cafe which will be delivered to your room.

The manager and his team are truly exceptional. I have traveled the world for 30 years, and the true test of a manager is when a guest is ill or otherwise has a crisis. My son was took ill on the journey here, requiring hospitalization. The hours of support provided by the manager and his team were truly remarkable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Of course such a team has a pristine, well run, well maintained property. The restaurants are great for breakfast and the rooftop for an evening meal .
