This is my second stay at the hotel. I stayed earlier in the year as well just after lock down opened up. Whilst checking in the receptionist recognised that and upgraded my room to a suite room. She never mentioned it, and let it be a surprise to me. Very thoughtful. The restaurant manager also recognised me, and it was good to see that he is still there. The food is good. The first night I stopped at a roadway restaurant to eat instead of coming to the hotel. I wished I hadn't done that. Because the hotel is not in the city, there is very ample parking. The price I paid was also very decent. Last trip we stayed at the Radisson in the city. And for the price we paid then and what we got did not align at all, well below par. This hotel with the Radisson brand went beyond that price/delivery point.

The staff was extremely helpful. As a female solo traveler, it isn’t always easy in India to find a place where you feel truly welcome and safe, but I really did enjoy my stay. They arranged a pickup for me, prepared a lovely breakfast, helped me book an Uber to the train station, and also explained better ways to organize my travel. It was very clean, with a hot shower, and they even messaged me over WhatsApp as soon as I landed to make sure everything was fine.
